Adi Maron-Katz, PhD
Nice to meet you
I'm Adi Maron-Katz, a Neuroscientist and a practitioner of Vijnana Yoga, Trauma-sensitive yoga and the Hebrew contemplative practice of aware thinking (“Hashiva Hacaratit”).
In my work with individuals and groups I integrate all these disciplines to offer a path inwards that increases wellbeing and facilitates personal growth and development.
The practice that I teach, which is based on Vijnana Yoga and Hashiva Hacaratit, was developed over time through my personal quest, work with students and the insights I gathered about the connection between brain activity and emotion experience. This practice combines elements of sensory-guided movement and breathing from the world of yoga with reflective writing using principles of “Hashiva Hacaratit”. This combination makes it possible to harness the unique state of mind created in yoga practice for the benefit of gaining more insight on our life experiences, leading to development, and growth.

I invite you join me on the fascinating journey of self-study and growth through the meeting between body and mind.
I would love to hear from you
